What is an internship?
Internship is a training period offered by any organization for just a limited period of time .It helps the students to enhance their skills and provides them the ability to participate in any field of their own choice just to receive hand on hand learning about their future career, preparing themselves for the full time work which they will face after their graduation. It gives chance to the students for exploring and enhancing their skillful mind set. Also, it trains their mind to bring out the new ideas and energy to work , develop talent and potentially build a pipeline for future full time-employee .
Why and when to pursue internship?
Just having a good degree is not enough in this competitive world to secure a graduate job offer, only your talents and skills fits can save your workspace. Internships have come an essential way to help candidates make themselves stand out.
Every industry has its pros and cons, working in real world will help you understand the depth of your field and will help you determine whether this is the one which I need to pursue in the future.
We suggest you to pursue internship during the time of graduation. This will help you to apply all your bookish knowledge that you have learned all the way in your part time work.
What is the role of an interns?
At beginning, Interns are provided with a small works and later when they join the group, main motive is to assist, learn and grow. They are provided with a small projects which they have to finish within a stipulated time.
Internship at PWM:
You will be provided with new task daily and should be completed within or before due date, also you'll get to know how to explore, learn and enhance yourself .
This will help you to know your plus points as well as weak points which can be improved.
It will be a 6 month unpaid internship at beginning. After completion of this period, you will be provided paid internship. We focus only on skills rather than your degree.
NOTE: If the interns are not responding to our mails or messages, he/she will get 24 hours confirmation message .If he/she doesn't replied they will be removed instantly, and if they want to apply again, they can apply after two months only.
After completion, you will be provided with a verified certificate, which will help you out for your future jobs.
